eRepublik New Security Feature to be Implemented Soon

The famed social strategy game, eRepublik.com, is adding a new security layer to their login system.

Currently, users login using their username.

But starting three days from now, users will be asked to use their registered email to login.

This is great news for those who are obsess with their security but many users are voicing against this new feature.

Here are some quotes from select users:

What's the point of using email address to login? I love using my citizen name to login...
Why do I get the feeling this email thing is just a smokescreen for the storage enforcing (with inevitable expand storage gold sink) and production change?
Not my email!!!!! You're like the government doing outrageous things.
Added security means I have to use my e-mail to log in? Wouldn't it be better if you just secured your servers a little more?????
This are real quotes from four players in eRepublik.

Either way this could potentially stop those annoying hacking and lost of GOLD to many accounts of players in eRepublik.

Got appointed as an ambassador to numerous countries.

This happened maybe a week ago but I forgot to post it here.

So the new President of the ePhilippines, his excellency Myung Kei, granted my letter to represent the diplomatic delegation to eFinland.

The first day of the job was very frantic. The cold weather of eFinland just made it worst. I am used to tropical weather and this new environment is harsh. There was no language barrier since most eFinnish speak English.

I was also asked by the President to take other ambassadorship from other Scandinavian countries so I took eNorway and
eSweden. I also took the ambassadorship to eSpain.

Here are the links for the locations of the embassies:

I just orchestrated the reinforcement of eFinland!

Another milestone!

HR019 Title  <To establish a good relationship with eFinland>
This House Resolution I authored asks help from the Armed Forces of the ePhilippines and Junji Battalion for eFinland.

Recently, eFinland and eEstonia had been doing some training wars. But situation yesterday turned sour as eEstonia attacks Southern eFinland, taking the eFinnish citizens and officials by surprise. eFinnish acted quite rapidly, mobilizing their whole army.

While the eFinnish were busy arming themselves, I asked my fellow Congressmen to allow the deployment of all available military men in the ePhilippines. All respondents agreed to send the whole army and they are now participating with the eFinland-eEstonia War. ePhilippine forces are camped in Western Finland.

I guess the rapid reinforcement of the ePhilippine government is due to the growing need of it to widen its sphere of friends. Friendship building by ePhilippine is also being done in other eEuropean countries through embassies.

Hooray! I just got 5th place.

As part of the military training of Junji Battalion, members are given supplies to go fight domestically or internationally everyday.

Yesterday, I went to eFinland to fight the eEstonia. They were fighting for Southern Finland. eFinland won the fight.

In my part I contributed 29165 War Influence during the ninth battle.
